Mission Statement

Neva’s teacher trainings, workshops, and classes are modeled on the 5 Element system of yoga and ayurveda, following the structure of creation as taught by the Sankhya philosophy. The premise is that all creation is divine light, stepped down into denser levels of energy, finalizing in the manifestation of the earthly level. It is our task, through balancing these expressions of energy to connect with the ultimate truth of light within, thus leaving duality consciousness. In other words, to return home to the source of all, inside of us.
