
Yoga is a system designed to bring inner peace, harmony and integration of body, mind and spirit through the conscious application of carefully executed asanas, artfully sequenced and synchronized with breath to bring us back to the simple moment called NOW, where we can find ourselves and the realization that we already have all that we are striving for.
In this course we will learn to feel our optimum alignment to facilitate grounding, energy expansion, ease and vitality.
This Course is applicable for continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.
