 These 3 hour sessions will combine practice and lecture/discussion to awaken our inner healers drawing from ancient traditions such as TantraYoga, Ayurveda

Qi Gong, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga and more:

Step One    Session One           Purification   Tapas Svadyaya  Ishvarapranidhana

Step Two    Session Two            Healer Heal Thyself   Techniques of self healing through understanding the doshas and how to eliminate them, balance the gunas

                                                       and Soul journey to encounter accept and transform deep wounding. Marma Therapy and aromatherapy.

Step Three  Session Three       Awakening and balancing the astral body and daily sadhana. Mantra therapy and Sanskrit.

Step Four     Session Four           Accessing the Higher Self and receiving guidance

Step Five      Session Five          Building your Qi or Prana, Tejas and Ojas    

Step Six       Session Six              Techniques for healing  

Sessions will prepare you for an in-depth course in Ayurvedic Healing and provide CEs from Yoga Alliance for Yogis and Healers.
